152Power to Call for Records
Brief: This section sets out the rule on power to call for records under the Jharkhand State Universities Act, 2026. It identifies the authority, institution, right, duty or procedure governed by the provision and states how that matter is to be handled within the statutory framework.
The Commission may call for any records, reports or other information from the University, if in its opinion, such records, reports or other information necessary for efficient discharge of its functions, and University shall furnish such records, reports or other information to the Commission.
