CHAPTER I: PRELIMINARY
1Short Title, Extent and Commencement
Brief: This Act may be called the Jharkhand State Universities Act26. It shall extend to all Universities mentioned in the Schedule II and Schedule III of this Act and established in the State of Jharkhand. It shall come into force from the date of its notification in the Official Gazette.
